Preparation of Presentation
Prepare presentation per your company's requirements. Widescreen is the desired page size for the slides.

Prepare poster as outlined in the Poster Instructions below. It will be the presenter's responsibility to print and bring the poster with them to the conference.

Preparation of Extended Summary
Summary should be typed in single-column or IEEE Transactions on Nuclear Science (TNS) standard two-column format using 11 point or greater font size. The summary must be typed on 8 1/2" x 11" paper with 1" margins on all sides. The title shall be in capital letters centered at the top of the first page with the names of the authors following. Revised summaries will be distributed to attendees after the meeting.
Submission of Revised Summary and Sponsor Approvals
Use link below or e-mail password protected summaries and sponsor/company approval to [email protected]. Email separately or call 505-503-9977 with password. Hard copy summaries will not be accepted. All corporate/sponsor/ government approvals necessary to submit summary must be obtained prior to each submission and is the responsibility of the author(s).

Speakers presenting during the classified sessions must be cleared for Secret RD. Proof of U.S. citizenship allows access to ITAR material and is required for all other technical sessions.
